Regular Paper submission:

We call for paper (2 to 6 pages) contributions to the Unsupervised Learning from Bioacoustic Big Data using the ICML format guidelines.
For submission, the papers should be uploaded into the arXiv.org system or directly sent by email to uLearnBio@gmail.com. Please notify us by email for any paper submission (uLearnBio@gmail.com). The subject of your email should contain "[uLearnBio paper submission] ..."
The accepted papers will be published online in a book similarly as our previous ICML4B and NIPS4B workshops (with ISBN number):

All submissions will be reviewed by program committee members, and will be assessed based on their novelty, technical quality, potential impact, and clarity of writing. The opportunity of editing a special issue with a journal is discussed, and authors of the best quality submissions will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers.

Technical Challenge submission:

Two challenges are proposed in the framework of the workshop: one on unsupervised bird song decomposition/unsupervised bird species classification and one on unsupervised whale song decomposition. The challenges description is here.
Although not required, working notes for the technical challenge should also follow ICML formatting guidelines. The working notes and results for the technical challenges should be directly sent to the workshop's email uLearnBio@gmail.com.
